Fifteen years ago, Where Eagles Soar Inc was create to provide a boutique consulting partnership to selected financial service organizations and to grow a spiritually connected team with complimentary expertise. Insofar as team spirit and spirituality is concerned, we still feel it continually growing as our lives have become extremely supportive and connected.
Team spirit, of the type I'm referring to, allows us as a group and individually to capture more from life each day as well as reach out to others who then become connected with the "Eagles". Yes, it is like soaring as one great eagle especially when on assignments together. We set difficult goals for ourselves and synergize our innovativeness and drive to exceed the client's and our own initial expectations. The spirit expands to meet the challenges and we encourage others to participate with us.
Like you, I've been on many teams in my life and reaped the dividends for the investments made with others and for others- caring cures many concerns. The amazing opportunity that a team brings is that quantum leap professionally and personally. Career groups were always teams with spirit to me and hopefully that is one of the key reasons I share so many great memories with so many others.
